Terri Alvillar is a full time real estate agent serving all of Sonoma County and Marin County, with emphasis on residential country properties.  She is a San Francisco native and a resident of Sonoma's Valley of the Moon.  Terri is committed to providing comprehensive service and value to both sellers and buyers through clear and timely communication, attention to detail, and ethical practices.

Terri's development experience has been augmented by serving four years on a municipal planning commission and general plan advisory committee, and by developing her own country property. She has owned and managed vacation rental properties for several years, one of which was chosen by the Fine Living Channel for the program Around the World in 80 Homes. Prior to entering the real estate business, Terri sold domestic and imported hardwood lumber for 23 years.

Terri is a member of the North Bay, California, and National Associations of REALTORS.  She is a supporter of the San Francisco Maritime Association, the City's Museum of Performance and Design, the Belvedere-Tiburon Landmarks Society, the Bay Area Trails Preservation Council, and is a past president of the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse, advocates for the elderly.
